Looking for Winfield Book

Does anyone know if the book written by David Grant titled "The Legendary Custom Cars & Hot Rods of Gene Winfield" is out of print?
I can only seem to find it in hardcover on places like AMAZON and the price was near around $450!

 

Thats outrageous. Ill let you have my copy for only 4 hundred and ill pay the shipping.

Oh thanks for the suggestion of calling the source himself! I wouldn't have even thought of that.

 

Unfortunately Gene's book is out of print. Sometimes you can find them cheaper on ebay, but not much. He has another book coming out about his TV & Movie cars. Probably the end of this year.

 

sweet I have that one signed by Gene hisself! I also heard the Watson Book is bringing big bucks and I have that one signed by the author

one just sold on ebay for $100.00 and another for $160.00, another guy was asking $700.00... probably friends of the guys selling thiers for $100.00 and $160.00

 

Yeah, I figured it must be out of print with the prices so high.
