  3. Formation flight, just after takeoff out of Laredo TX. We were on our way to Hamilton AFB, north of San Francisco. The crappy optics are because of the distortion caused by the angle of the shot.

  4. Convair F102 landing at Moose Jaw, after recovering from a compressor stall and flame out at 41,000 ft while doing an attack on a B52. We were seconds from ejecting at 10,000 ft after attempting relights all the way down, when the engine finally lit. We knew it was our lucky day, and drank a lot of beer that night. It would have been a long, cold, night in the badlands had the engine not re-lit.

  14. CARS FOLLOWING AN ACCIDENT AT HOWELL STREET AND SELBY AVENUE IN ST PAUL, MN 1949
One of the cars is lying on its side against the other one. Group of kids looking on. Thomas Moriarty (far right) was one of the drivers, Krenz was the other. Moriarty's mother was a passenger in his car.

Does anybody know if the Rambler
Rebels run at the '57 Daytona
    Speedweek were among the handful
    of pre-production Rebel prototypes
with the 'not quite ready for
    prime-time' - and subsequently, all
    withdrawn and cancelled before
    series production - Bendix electronic
    fuel injection???
