Guymon is a ruler. I was lucky enough to live close to his area. He has inspired us at Atlas and is a big reason we like customs so much. He was doing really cool stuff while most builders were doing the ugly stuff in the 70's and 80's. Plus he always has the cool shit at the swap meets.

Sorry Anderson, from the looks of the car in your photos, that's a 1955 Chrysler...not a 1953... Guymon's cars always had restraint...and every one of them worked... R-
I was with Bleed at the Roundup when it used to be held near that lake- -man... I just remember we were both freaking out about it... That car RULES.
It has been chopped, and pay attention to the "head rests" too. That car looks to me like its ready to jump out of a Keith Weesner painting. I love that car. Its in Plano, and my buddy Peter Leddy(THE Y-block guru) has done some upkeep and upgrades to it over the years(but does not own it)

Very Kool post. I thought that you would like to see some before pics of the T-Bird. The before pictures are crazy, the guy had some great ideas but had some bad ones like the late model bumpers, Thankfully David and Wayne saw the potential and built my favorite T-Bird Kustom. Wow...shitty '70's Camaro bumpers, front on the back and back on the front. What a mess. Had no idea that was already a custom before David got it. Pretty cool!
