Hi Bloody. Slim Tempo here on the HAMB turned me onto this master cylinder for my 61. NAPA NMC P1843. It bolts on and the lines exit inwards away from the fender. It's from a 73 CJ5. I just thought you might like to see it. Dick Davis. Mesa, AZ.

Progress was a bit slow today due to proper planning and design time. With help from a few friends I was able to pin down exactly what I am going to do with the radiator. I started on the mounts, now I need to build light framework and skin it as a shroud. It should work better than I initially anticipated. We'll see.

I used a Ford Fairmont Master Cylinder in my 62 Olds, a slightly different bolt spread, but worked after about 2 minutes with a file. This put the outlets away from the fenderwell / body support. Just another potential option over the Jeep option already proposed..

Cool build, I've enjoyed watching it come together...

My buddy Jimmy and I rebuilt the '66 ST400 and replaced the 12" converter with an 11" converter. Higher stall speeds. The flexplate has to have dual converter bolt patterns. Mine does.




Also, my buddy Derrick with DC Roadsters from Denton NC cut some killer header flanges.




Time to get on the busy!

Wow, really? They're mig welds. My problem is the liner has need replaced for years so my welds are inconsistant. I appreciate the nice words.

Yesterday I got about 80% done on the first fenderwell header. I have a lot of grinding to do. These suckers are way custom. They have to snake around so much stuff. Hopefully they'll turn out nice. May have a professional build another set later to my design. These will have to work for now.
