What needs 11/16" wrench?

    Right now I can't remember what I needed the 11/16 for but I know I had to go out and buy one.

    I work on Harley's and there are more a few uses! The REAL question is 11 mm!!!

    Sorry man,normal 1/2" bolts take a 3/4" wrench.
    Regardless, there seems to be little point to this. I use mine often.

    Wow!! I have not read all the replies to this question, because in addiditon to be boring as hell, this has got to be one of the dumbest wastes of band width for Ryan and this website. Are you guys seriously going to continue to reply with the facts like, an 11/16" wrench fits the knifflen bolts on my Big Wheel modified bicycle?

    The 11mm is for when you can't find your 7/16" wrench, of course.

  7. Wow.this is a thread? I've used my 11/16 wrench many times.not as much as others but still gets used non the less

    And to the post about 11mm, my 01 daily driver mustang gt takes 11mm

    -6 AN fittings, all day long. You cant even make a hose without 2 11/16th wrenches.
     
  9. I took the original cowl lights off a 31 chevy yesterday the nuts were 11/16. which goes to show that it is traditional also.

  14. me every time I grab a 5/8 and 3/4 to take something apart,,, it is always an 11/16 I have to get up off the floor for.............

    3/8 extra heavy nut uses 11/16 wrench. Took a brass hose fitting out of a gas tank today it took a 11/16 wrench.
