I believe it could be the Black Panther. If not that car.....something close to it. Two notable custom cars were known as "The Black Panther". One was a 1950 Chevrolet that was built between 1950 and 1955 by Chuck Rogers. Another one was a 1951 Oldsmobile restyled by Chuck Sanders of Haskell, New Jersey.
It does look like the Black Panther...but it has different taillights and rearend treatments...the radiused rear wheel wells are cool and the chop too...wish the Black Panther looked like the car shown...its still looks like a primered pile..but was never modified beyond the version shown above...many customs morphed over the years to stay relevant...
the car is odd inside, I think it is a Corvette underneath, the interior is "Corvette-ish" too. here it is at Paso.
im not a "full custom " guy but this car is very well done i dont get the mirriors though its like a custom guy built the car up to the mirriors and sold it to a mini trucker or a tuner and they put the mirriors on it
The 50 Chevy belongs to a friend of mine ( Bill Dewitt of Hollister Ca.) It is a 84 Corvette with 50 Chevy body on top. To numerous mods to mention.
