56 Chevy 4 door top we cut off to make the car a 2 door roadster. lts going to be the new roof on the 55 f100.

Now that is something that I would have never thought about doing to a slant cab (or a 56 for that matter). I have seen many hoods pancaked but never a roof. Kinda interested to see what it looks like when completed. I assume that the drip rails are history on this cab.
Drip rails are going to be gone. The hardest part with pancaking the roof on a 55 is the back roof line, it has a lot of compound bends. It takes a lot of relief cuts to get it right. I droped the lid 1.5" and took the crown out Im happy with it. I hope the customer is too.
