Love all the different shots and photo's.

The ones of chrome up close make be realize what someone told me years ago about painting something to make it look chrome and that is chrome is really white with shadows of grey and light blue to reflect the sun and the sky!!!!!!!

    Great thread. Jimbo

I'm encouraging Dad to keep that mirror arm on the truck so it is still recognizable when it is back on the road. It is not getting painted, but it will look significanlty different when it rolls again.

We drove 1500 miles to retrieve the Shaniko Speedwagon. 50 miles before we got there, we saw another one sitting along side the road. I think the clouds make it a pretty picture. Is that artsy, or do I flatter myslef too much? Either way, it's a priviledge to share these photos and stories.

Mike Hows does nighttime time elapsed photography of old cars in wrecking yards, abandoned amusement parks and so on. Some of the photos are just plain cool.

Here is a sampling of a few of mine. I have tons of them on my PBase site and also on various HAMB threads.

Thanks!! But in truth - there is a lot of cool stuff on this thread. I look forward to whatever else gets added.
