  5. Man that thing looks great! When you started painting it, I thought it was going to look like a hangover, but it really look great. The wheels are perfect.

    yea, as chad said i built them out of fiberglass. the build pics are posted somewhere deep in this thread.
    thanks, not sure what a hangover looks like, but thanks nonetheless!
    the wheels definitely changed the "mood" of her, waiting now on true spoke to get the new tri bar spinners in stock for them!

    yes , just doing some more stuff to it, like painting the fan shroud,and fab'ing up a filler panel for the radiator, dimple dies are cool....

    :D:eek:All I got to say is this.If that`s Ryno`s idea of a shop/parts truck,what is going to happen if he decides to build an all out balls to the wall show truck?Probably going to come home with one of those Riddler trinkets.Outstanding.

    got a cool delivery today from the brown truck.
    smithy mufflers from ron at night prowlers/ kustom car parts. he keeps all the cool goodies in stock and is close by to me, northern ar. if you guys need any custom accessories give them a shot. kustomcarparts.com

    went to wyland muffler here in joplin mo to have them mounted up. matt and the boys there also take good care of all my projects.

    made the annual pilgrimage down to Austin tx for the lone star round up.
    put about 1,666 miles on the truck. only mishap, 1 burned out headlight, and somehow a drivers side cracked window?

    Long thread... I once had one of these but never got to making it nice. A VERY worthwhile project to be sure I now wish I had kept it. The problem with these was that if you loaded the bed with weight the doors would not open. That's why they stopped production I'm told.:D

  29. Thanks again for posting detailed paint pics, my students really dug the build. Awsome truck ! It was hard to watch for me because I have 3 of these trucks, one is a big back window. Probably will sell due to to many projects unless I turn the students loose on one.
