problem with water pump and fan

Hello All,
i have a question about my motor swap. I swaped out my 216 for a 235 in my 50 fleeetline. I know that I had to get a shorten waterpump. I put the shorten water pump on and tryed to put the pully, spacer and fan on. When I did this the fan hits the harmonic balancer. Can anyone tell me what im doing wrong or a solution.
