I love ugly 50's customs... sweet piece of art

 

After work special...

A couple of unmasked pics of the signs I delivered last weekend.

 

Here is a piece that I just finished today. I painted it on a real WWII airplane door. The small 6" window at the top was crying to be turned into a moon, so I painted one on a piece of plexiglass and put a yellow light behind it. I wanted this painting to look like guys getting thrust out of C-47's on their way to the D-Day festivities. The art work is based off of some WWII propaganda posters and painted in acrylics.

Can't Make Detroit. Planning for Austin. I noticed all the 32s have a nice chop except the one at Neils. Still waiting to see the plan. Keep up the good work Jeff. I will have my 9r ready to cruise this summer.

her back in those days. I thing she was a bit more, shall we say, full bodied...
... now... when I say I had "a thing" I mean a crush......

I couldn't be happier. Thought for sure the hot rod would be my favorite, but the old Ford's just pop'n! I'll get'm on order.

This is so cool, if this "way out" Volga was colored in, I would put it in the psychedelic category.
