Wow!!!......... It sounds and looks great! By chance can you post some pics of how the induction turned out? I have been following this build for quite a while and am anxious to see it as I would like to do something similar on a future build. Thanks

As as far as the Injection... We've decided against using it. The more I thought about it, it just wasn't feeling right for car. I didn't like the idea of hiding a bunch of electronics in the car. I also never want to be a few hundred miles away from home and have some gizmo fail. I want to be able to fix this thing in the Pep-Boys parking lot if necessary. So, for now, the car will run a dual quad set up with a custom air cleaner fabbed up by Jo.

Talk about going down to the wire!!!
It's looking great Dave, even if it is bit posh! Good job you won't be near me in the basement, it would put mine to shame!
    See you at COBO.
    Cheers,

They have Nailhead parts at PepBoys?
EFI gizmo's rarely fail, no need to worry.

It's looking great Dave, you gotta be about peeing your pants right now.
    What are the interior plans?
That's an awful lot of black to keep clean

  24. .

Thanks for all the complements guys. I am getting really stoked about the progress on the car. I still can't believe I'm going to cruising around in this thing soon.

I'm cannot wait for Autorama. It's a ton-o-fun every year, but this year is going to be extra special for me.

Jo is hard at the assembly and I will post updates as they come in.

    Thanks again for following along.

This is one of the best builds I've seen in awhile. I don't think you could go wrong with Jo Kerr as your builder!! He is a hell of a fabricator and he obviously has talent to boot!! I met Jo at a show in Michigan a couple years ago. His ideas are cool and original. If I had money to spare, I'd have make me some parts. Very cool build. I like the look your going for and it appears it will be executed well. The black on black will be sinister when all wrapped up and done. I liked the video of the motor running. I even had a piece of my art showing in the background in his shop. The boardtrack painting. Very cool to see that! I'd love to do some artwork of some kind of this 32' when its done. I wish I was going to detroit this year. Can't wait to see this one at a show this summer somewhere. Keep up the progress, impressive!!!

    Thanks Nate,

I'm familiar with your work, the '54 Ford you did a scratch board of for last years Autorama was my car. Very cool piece.

Sorry to hear you won't be able to make Autorama this year.

  27. I wonder if I can find the band ' Isky Nailhead' on I-tunes?!?!? Man-Oh-Man that's vicious !! Best of luck to all thrashing towards the Cobo finish line-kinda relieved to be spectating this year.:confused::rolleyes::D

See you there Dave, Joe, Ron. Clark, Billy, Josh, Larry...and more.
