Its my understanding that the track is not closing down per say. The track sits on an Indian Reservation, the tribe has chosen to not renew the lease on the track. Its my hopes it will continue to thrive just under different management.

 

Fire Bird is apparently running on zombie power at this point! from what I have been told the tribe who's land it's on wasn't happy with the current leasee's manegment and has decided to take over management itself. That is the rumor i have been told at this point. I do know for sure that the THE SOUTHWEST NOSTALGIA DRAGS are a go for April 13th! That's some of the best news this week!!!

Now if we can just figure out a way to get Speed world on zombie power...

 

Firebird has Charlie Allen and crew leaving the last of March and new management opening the first of April.

 

Thats gonna be the best show yet, can't wait!
