    HI everyone,
I inherited a 1963 Buick Wildcat Special from my grandmother in EXCELLENT condition--
Have original window sticker/ bill of sale and maintenance records, was always garage kept. 43,000 original miles.
    443 Buick Wildcat Special
Factory positive traction rear end, dual exhaust
White bucket seats with chrome center console automatic transmission with working factory mounted tachometer
    Full deluxe wheel covers
    Starts, runs and drives great.
SHE IS SWEET, but I have to get rid of it--I'm a female college student with little to no time or money! I have no idea what she's worth--any advice?
    Help me out? Thank you!

Read the rules, do an introduction and post pictures and location of vehicle.

It is, truly. No rust to speak of. Any clues as to its worth?

try to find a price guide somewhere so you don't get screwed by someone who knows what you have, when you really don't.

  15. That's nice! Must be killing you to have to sell it, but I can imagine that the cash would help propel you along your chosen path, so granny would be happy.

I am no expert, but my guess is that someone, somewhere would probably give in the neighborhood of ten grand for that clean Buick.

I know it would cost money, but you can get it professionally appraised. Or here's a thought; auto insurance companies, nowadays, all carry a line of classic/antique coverage. Maybe your family ins. agent would have some numbers that would be helpful.

Best of luck! Don't forget to post that car forsale here on the HAMB. (classifieds?)

It really is killing me, but I am in a tough spot and see no other viable option, unfortunately. Will be sure to post in the classifieds here on H.A.M.B., thanks so much for your advice. Some great ideas!

well by its condition i'd be at least selling it for 15-20 grand due to it s super nice condition and low miles.
you'd have a good chance of getting more money by selling it to someone over in europe or japan

Difficult to say without seeing it in person, but $10-$12K is my guess for a quick sale. If time is on your side, try for more and see what happens.

The suggestion about Europe is not a bad one. Older US cars fetch a 30% premium here, and a car like that is in high demand. Advertise it on the www.mobile.de site, and leave the shipping to the buyer.
