Stude was refering to the lawsuit in court.

Now, if we are to pray for him in court, that is another thing. :)

  6. I have a MVA case going myself and do not give any information online. So far I think the OP is good, I haven't seen anything that can hurt him. The odds of him getting tied to his ident here are low.

So far nobody has hinted at asking for my passwords to anything, callin' it a bit far fetched. Like anyone with 2 working brain cells would fork 'em over.

I'm a cyclist myself and I hate hearing this.

Been off my riding for about half a year after having a little old lady try to center the lane despite me still being in it last year. Trying to get back into it but stories like yours and a guy getting killed right up the road from me Wednesday is making me understand Just how vulnerable and just how stupid some drivers are.

Hate hearing your 71 got taken out. Most of my bikes are early 80's Treks or late 90's Cannondales but I did have a nice 77 Super LeTour 12.2 and regret selling it. Flipped a 83 SS last fall that was a bit small for me.

    Speedy recovery!

Sending prayers your way, man. I have a bad back so I know where you're at. Be thankful it wasn't worse. I always say...any day you wake up, is a good day.

Rotten Luck... I wish you a speedy, but more importantly, a FULL recovery. Those back injuries are rough.

    Best Wishes!

I've been hit by a '71 Chevelle on my bike when I was 15. Luckily, I got my body out of the way before impact, but went down with the bike. Scary!

If this post isn't appropriate then I will delete it, but I may need some help, if the doc says I can't do light duty by next Monday, they have to cut off my unemployment since im not able to work, I can apply for disability but it takes forever, I already up to my eyeballs in debt, this is so messed up because im used to doing things by myself, not being totally dependent on my wife etc, its very depressing,I was riding to take care of myself and get rid of stress, now im flat on my back

Hit by car, nearly killed, but lawsuit pending next day.---cant believe you are not giving thanks to the good lord instead of dealing with attorneys.

BTW, I checked the local Moultrie news paper and police reports and there was no mention of of a bicycle-auto collision. One would think this would make the news.....
