I need to ship a car overseas from USA to Norway to my brother. I'm looking at shippers, including Schumacher Logistics and Premier Auto Shippers. Does anybody have any experiences to report, good or bad? Who to avoid?

    Thanks,

    Devin

I do this at the moment with Schumacher, it's also the first time I do it. Until now i have nothing negative to say against Schumacher. They picket up the car and it is now in their warehouse and waits for shipping.

Word of caution, with both Schumacher and others, is to take plenty! of photos of the car BEFORE the shipper gets it.
Be sure to take the photos with a date on them, so that it clearly states a date just before getting in the hands of the shipper.

Saying out of bad experience....... my Cadillac got it's roof dented ad there were footprints/skidmarks on top of fenders and such.
Aftermath was that I couldn't do a thing without proof by photos

    You could try these:

They seem to ship to Norway.

If not, these ship to Sweden (Gothenburg probably, 3 hrs from Oslo). Run by the swedish guy from American Hot Rod:

I originally thought these were the same company, but I guess not. Anyways, I've heard good things about whichever one of them that ships to Norway :)

I done 40 + with Schumacher Logistics. All went smooth. Some take longer than others has they have to catch the boat.
Although your experience is only as good as the guy loading and then unloading is.
I like the Montana Export post above where it looks like a owner operator who loads?
