I guess you could order it from their site? I ordered mine from 286merc on here a long time ago. But he hasn't logged in since '07.

you gonna use zero rust inside the cab also, or just on the underside?

  7. Zero rust works well. I used it inside all the patched body panels on the touring. Yes, 286 dropped out of sight, he is still alive last I heard.

Yep. I'll do the floor and some of the cab behind the seat. Maybe the underside of the roof.

Meant to mention to you the other day at the swap. Don't know what the tank looked like on the truck but if you don't plan on using it hold on to it and the brackets they bring good money in the Suburban/Panel set. The tanks just started being repopped recently but they're not doing the brackets yet. And original is always better. If you are leaving it there let me know if you need a better or new tank. I have an original set back I'd prob trade for pulled pork :) .

Man....I had no idea that you were tearing this thing down so far and making it shiny! I also had no idea that the cab of this thing was so solid! I couldn't tell when it was sitting under the trees at the side of the pasture!! Looking good!!!!

I'll set the tank I have back to bring to you. How did the brackets look? Saveable?
Wow, quite a job on the roof, your getting there. Wow..

Looking good, Jay -- man that thing is solid!
..And thank to you, I also used Zero-Rust on the frame and bottom side of my roadster. Seems to be holding up well.

I had a tough time getting motivated yesterday.

Here is the inside of the bed floor:

And after the steel floor was removed:

Today I got some stuff done. It is sunny and 65* again.

Here is how I got the rear down off the sawhorses:

I bolted the front and rear suspension in temporarily:

I also painted the inside of the cab floor with Zero-Rust:

Wow, must be nice to have to do so little rust repair wise. The bed will be easy cheesy. It never really got cold here this winter, few days here and there but have had lots of truck weather for sure....

Thanks to CuzzinDeke on the HAMB for letting me borrow the stud-welder and puller:

I built a tool to get back in behind it that seems to be working. I'll try and snap a pic tonight.
