Disc Help

what FE ci Distributers are interchangeable. I have a 390 and am going to a swapmeet to see what I can find, any suggestions.

 

What type you looking for electronic or points

 

Electronic something like a msd

 

are all the FE Distributers interchangable ?

 

Looks like it has to be from an FE motor but it could be any size FE

 

hi james ya I was thinking when I go to the swapmeet at boone county on the 16th I would look around for a good buy on a msd and disc for the old 390.

 

You can install one of the pertronic units in your dist I have put in many and had good luck with them

ya that another thing I might do but I think the vac unit might be shot as well, so I though I might try to get a MSD with centrifical advance and mabe a 6-AL .The one thing I wasnt sure of is are all the FE disc the same ? so I guess so..

Bud that is the plan today who knows what tomarrow brings you know the last two swap meets that I prepaid for I did not get to attend some times life just gets in the way if you know what I meen.
