I know the car is OT, but this illustration will be featured on "Search and Restore" on Spike TV this Saturday morning. I can't wait to see how it turns out!

No, I didn't make this. But it's SO bad you just might like it. I had a friend in high school who made films like this of his model drag cars, and monsters, or whatever (both with and without fire) with his Super8. Anyone else? Gary

This is all I have so far and it is not fully finished. I will have a Speedway Grinder Art done tomorrow for a friend who rides Speedway bikes.

  13. Great stuff guys! Man, I don't have anything new except a couple recent commissions and only one is even close for this forum...

Here's one I may or may not have posted recently for now...

This one is of a guy who builds and races cars in the Philly area... John "Bolt Man" Jones has a great, black '64 Ford Thunderbolt that kind f defies the conventional vintage drag machine in favor of a more contemporary pro-stock but it is still bad to the bones...
This will be part of his show board...

  17. Frogz are these caricatures photo manipulations or 3D cgi models? Cool effect either way
    and a nice creative take.

Dave, the tank looks great! Love the machine work under the color and your angelic bones are very cool and humorous if not a bit dry...

All my pals have posted and all look GREAT! Keep em coming, I am signing off - - -

Thanks Jigger. These caricatures are photo manipulations with a lot of digital airbrush. And some parts are completely hand (mouse?) drawn.

Jigger, I really like your blueprint style.

    Clysdale, you're a killer!!!

    Corvette Bob: it's magic!

    KC: crazy stuff!

    exStreamliner: I'm breathless!

Spoggie: I like your style, it's really "fresh".

Gnichols: this video is really fun.

Del: your Mopar is really cooooool, I wanna drive it!

    ....

    Great stuff, everybody !!!!!!!!

  20. Nice work everybody! Been a while since I've had anything new I could show around these parts...

  26. Looking fwd to looking at this show in more detail- looks exciting at a glance.

I rolled this lil' acrylic on canvas off today. The subject is a lil' scale model on a tabletop. Will see if I can knock a few on- site portraits out at Super Chevy Sunday (this Sunday:)), for bucks.
