another one of those things, how bad do you want it and they dont make em anymore.

Someone will buy it. If you had a 35-36 3 window that was rusted up to the door handles for parts you could probably do alright. You might as well chop it while your there.

    mazdaslam, how's the merc coming??????????

Still in the parts collecting stage but it is up and rolling. Thanks for asking.

  14. That car could actually be fixed back into a three window. It needs a good metal fabricator/worker and alot of time. Not for me though, no I'd just end up filling all the dents woth bondo:D. Rodster-your avatar still makes me go into a blank stare every time;)

thats more than some start with.. less than others. mazdaslam i think you are gonna do aight with that hulk meng

i agree with Dean that for a serious metal shaper with a lot of time and determination it CAN be brought back. hell ANYTHING is possible but i gotta say its a little slippery of a project for 3k$...
i do dig Automotive Stud's idea for that thing being a "handles down body donor" for some ditch digout or weed queen thats gone from the beltline down tho,,, for that its not outragous but still more than i'd spend seein as how THAT much shit is bent on the body, the frame is gonna be toasted and the running gear shot as well.. i'd love to talk to the original builder of that thing and get its story for the hell of it just to know what happened and when. looks like it was a sweet car once upon a time

The guy listed this about 3-4 months ago for 1000.00 and no one bid on it. I was looking for a right rear fender at the time and was seriously thinking about buying it. If it was closer to California ( A lot closer) I would have bought it then.
