Finally found this McDowell sales flyer that I'd misplaced a while back. Does anyone have and McDowell heads or related parts? Back in the early 1970's I had a B block with a Twin Cam drive that I swaped for some Dayton wheels, the only McDowell item I've ever seen. Note that they offered a 5 main block in 220 and 255 cubic inch displacement. Does anyone have some background history on McDowell, the man the company and the products?

Here is my McDowell overhead cam attachment on an SR Fronty head. It is shaft and bevel gear drive using Wills St Claire cam gears.

Oh man, is that a nice looking piece! Is there any MILLER connection with McDowell, I really like the smooth look of all the things he made. Bob.................Didn't Frank Lockhart drive a McDowell powered T?
