Ed (inkblots55) did a great job on this "project" for our 30th anniversary. I met Ed through the Tri-Five.com forum after seeing some drawings he posted on that site. I contacted him about creating something for us. This was all done as a surprise for my wife, Chris. Ed and I had a good time e-mailing ideas back and forth. The above is the final product and we are very pleased with the outcome. Everyone who sees it just loves it. Although Ed and I have not met in person, we became friends through this crazy thing called the internet. (I still think it's just a fad!) Ed's talent amazes me. He has created some other treasured drawings for some of the other Tri-Five members. They are fun to see and are every bit as great as this one.

  12. As usual everyones work is excellent! I just started tinkering with an illustration program, this is my first proper attempt at sketching a whole car. Hope to develop this a little further!

  19. Wow. Thanks Dan. I'd love to see more of this tricky Indiana-fied deuce. (Looks like it may get a lil' hot around the toe- board..!)

Thanks Steve (Spoggie), I love the painting technique you used on your T Bucket

57 Corvette Bob - City Dweller is really cool and it's great to see your weekly postings again.

JohnnyAngel - this is cool and brings back lots of great memories - my next door neighbor and best friend watched it whenever it came on in the early 60's and his big brother had a 50 Ford 2 door just like this one only white.

Pharouh - love the technique and look on this one.

Love the intensity of this one, Mark. Thanks so much for your comment on my photos.

Fantastic Frogz!!! Really a super excellent artistic idea

    Thank you Dick!!

Nice stuff - Ken - particularly the 50 Merc. The car above it is easily one of the weirdest things I have seen in a while, but you captured its weirdness admirably.

Great stuff Jeff - Frankenstine ROCKS!
Fool Injection - very cool technique.
Bomonster - can't wait to see Pure Hell in person - hope to see you at GNRS
Rusty1 - cool drawings of cool subjects.

Great work everyone else as well. Have a great weekend.

  22. A bit of lime green paint and this looks straight out of CARS. My grand daughter would go nuts if this was in my driveway.

Shamelessly plagerised from the work of John Langdon, with some alterations to fit the format.

  30. LOVE the facial expression on Frankenstein holding the Flatty!

I'll throw another vote in for that one going on a t-shirt (I think someone mentioned that before).
