    Shame to see it sit and deteriorate. I own a couple of 65 Impala's, Thats why I was interested if it had been bought and restored.

    I agree and it's been awhile since we put up this post... but to put this thing back to what it was is gonna take money that the current owner doesn't have.

    I'm pretty sure he would take a lot less than what it was that he was originally asking.

    WOW! I was watching a show called full custom garage and saw the Executive being discussed and started looking around and ran across these pictures and had a flood of memories. At a point and time I along with Manuel Alcala and Dwaine took the "Executive" in it's custom enclosed trailer to several car shows in the early 70's. very cool. I'm sorry to see how it looks now but that car sure drew a crowd when we showed it in it's day, at least it's still around and am glad for that.

    The car actually had a 1970 Corvette 327 4 speed and the wheels were old Buick wires. unnamed (2).jpg
