Buy the song so they can afford to paint those cars.

Kidding.. I'll take one of each please.

  7. Awesome video even though it's been posted before.

Hey it's old, that makes it traditional!

Ha Ha! Doesn't matter, I can take that broad in the short short jeans knocking me off the chair anytime! [IMG]

It's also nice to see the boys not wearing those freakin' pineapples on their heads.

Actually, that PINEAPPLE thing was a very special hat/gift given to Billy. He usually wears it UNDERNEATH his other hats. It's got more tradition than any hotrod on this site.

They played the video on a big screen while they sang the song in the concert that I went to recently when they came to Rochester NY. Great show.

  16. Damn!

    Missed 'em! :(

    Never heard anything about it.

That what happens when you live in the middle of (nowhere) 2 cities.

You only hear about a little from one and a little from another.

And in the spring..... You've gotta put up with a little cowshit! :D

I only learned of the concert like 2 weeks before it happened. It got very little advertising and still was a near sell out. It taught me that you want to visit the website of any band you like once and while to see if they have tour info posted or get on a mailing list.

The armory actually has lots of shows. Not just concerts either. You should check out their website.

The first concert I ever saw was ZZ Top with my pops; the Eliminator Tour at the old Salt Palace here in SLC. I think it was in '83 or maybe '84...very cool. At the beginning of the intro they had this massive '33 Ford mockup move toward the front the of the stage...headlights on with smoke and the laser light effects were amazing...high tech back then. Very cool...thanks for sharing.
