something we used to do a million years ago to the front of a 56 : lose the lower bumper filler ahead of the lower grill trim cove and ahead of the lower turn signal assb. then, use a 65 chev front bumper center section and mount it just ahead of those areas......it fits the shape perfectly !!!! just a thought. love 56's my first car, had 14 of em' back when i had a real life !!!!

  11. Like a rolled pan, I've seen that before, looks good. For the gasser look, I think 56's look best without a gravel pan, or the rolled pan look.

I was told that this car was on ebay in the mid 2000's and sold really cheap like $7000 or something. Can anyone confirm? I've seen pics on here before but didn't know Kiwi Kev built it. Bitchen car. Love the wheel standing pic on the street.

  14. I saw it in a parking building a few years ago at Viva Las Vegas. It had aged quite a bit but was virtually the same as when I sold it, unfinished interior etc. The rear end had been changed. I thought it would have been rebuilt once or twice in all those years but it must have sat in storage. I left a note on it but never heard from the owner.
