Sorry, the 15 reds are all gone now. You missed a pair of slotted, finger grip wheels. Only greens and blue, and a couple of aged 15's left.

Got that installed can't be it...? Even with that installed there is still about a 1/4 inch gap of space from the head of the bolt to the spacer that the bolts screw into...

Anyone know where I can find a black metal flake wheel in about 15" please? Any help welcome. Thanks!

  23. The bolts stick up a little because the tapered seat 1/4'' down is already snug to the wheel. The extra space above it is for the included horn kit. I just put a white one in my Bonneville last week. Only took Mooneyes 5 months to ship it to me. Yay.

If your not using a horn for some reason, I think you'll just have to find some shorter bolts that are threaded all the way down.

Got this wheel and hub for my A pickup. It looks like a Superior 500 but there are no markings. There is a Hellings & Stellings decal on the wheel but I wasn't aware they made wheels so I figured someone just stuck it on there. It's not metal flake, just black plastic, 13 1/2" diameter, 4 holes.

It's the hub and tin cover that goes over the column that I've never seen. Its not home made either, fits the hub perfect and goes right over my F1 column tube. It was an ebay score, $22.50, had no info about it. Anyone ever seen one like this?

Sure looks like a Covico 2 spoke to me. Rare ass wheel, I've only seen 2or3 in the last 40 years. Look at 1st Grumpy's post (#61) in the Ansen vs Covico thread to confirm it. Not in real great shape, pretty neat though.

They look pretty similar but the flake wheel has some curvy spokes. The covico's spoke are straight as a board. Interesting

I see what you mean, that is a curvy dish. Hard to say, iv'e never seen one quite like it. Pretty unique piece. Edit: found my picture, it’s a Covico 5AEE54A7-0C79-46BE-9FEE-DDA4A7C7F728.jpeg

I came here to see if I could find out more about a wheel I just purchased for my wagon. The posts above say I have a rare one. Nice to know. I had never seen a two spoke wheel either and the color was odd enough to look right in my ride!
