Well a not a great way to start the New Year. My Dad is in the hospital, with kidney problems, and a may have bladder cancer.. Please keep Dale R. Mellinger in your thoughts and prayers. My Dad is a two tour Vietnam Vet with Air Force...Retired from the Air Force after 20 years(1971) and Air Frame/ Power plant mechanic(flight line). C-124, C-47 etc. He sparked my interest in cars, moonlighting at the local Texaco when not on duty when I was young.. God Bless you Dad !

I don't usually respond to these posts,but thought it a good idea on this one. My Dad beat it,too,when he was 71 years old. Took a while to get back to near normal,but he lived many more years,and died of something else at 86. Good luck to your Dad.

Rob I can relate to your Dad, I'm an FAA A&P licensed mechanic as well. Thoughts and prayers sent from Kentucky. Hang in there, the medical field has advanced so far they can do much more then in the past. Tell your Dad your HAMB friends are praying for him.
