Hey there guys, I have a problem maybe you can help with. My mom lives in the Miami/Globe area of Arizona and sure could use a new mechanic. Shes been taken advantage of many times and one guy is gonna get a black eye next time I get down there. Mom calls me when her Mercury has an issue and most times I can diagnose it over the phone, however when she goes to the mechanic they fleece her for all kinds of work she may not of needed and don't solve the original complaint. I've been wrench'in for almost 40 years and have my own shop. I can't believe some of the shit she shows me on invoices. Moms 76 and obviously pays the bill, but can't we find a honest shop? Give me some suggestions please.
