1934 Pickup sheet metal work

    Sorry for how long its been since I last updated. Its been a crazy couple weeks around the show and with the photo shoot on my 32' sedan.

    Ive been working on patching the bottom sections of the cab. Got the cab corners made. Just have to finish welding them and then patch the bottom cowl sections.

    Got all the bottom patches done. Now its on to putting in the flat floor.

  3. Killer work. Damn beautiful actually. I spoke with you the other day on the phone about buying cab corners. I still think you should sell them:D:D.

    I got the chop on the body finished up. And I got a flat floor welded in place.

    I finished up the chop on the doors yesterday. Im just about finished with this one.

    An old thread but great work as always Chris.

    Can anyone give me the dimensions of a original door? From the beltline beads to the lower bead and bottom edge of the door. I have some doors we are reworking and the lower 2-3" are missing. thanks in advance, Luke

    Thanks Chris, Can you tell me is the bottom bead parallel to the double bead at the beltline?

    Ya it is parallel to the double bead.

    This was just a cab that I did the sheet metal work on for a guy in Florida. Once it was done like it was in the pictures I just shipped it to him. So it didn't end up being a complete shop project.

    I finished the door skins this past weekend. Thanks for the dimensions Chris we couldnt have got them correct otherwise. Luke
