Im looking for a DIY spray on Rhino Line or Line X type coating

    I also like the gator guard. I have even shot base/clear over it while it was fresh! Also, check out Southern Polyurethanes. Actual humans answer the phone!!

    Looks good how thick did you apply these and is the surface rough to the touch or feels like typical Bedliner?

    I used Lizard Skin Sound Control on the underside of my 51 Merc body. Also plan to spray the inside. Very easy to apply. It is a water based system, so clean up is with water. VOCs are virtually non-existent. I also bought the applicator gun.

    Sprayed Autokote Epoxy Primer as a base. Also plan to spray a Utech 200 urethane as a top coat.

    Lizard Skin comes in several colors.

    The more air pressure you use, the chunkier it is. It is not real rough if you stay light on the trigger. If you clear it, it becomes slick but not smooth. :)

    The white gator guard is tintable up to a certain percentage with urethane base.
