well been trying to sell my c10 to fund the 41 build and not much luck unless i literally want to give it away. i know its a tough time to be selling toys up here in the wintry northeast but its also a good time to buy for the same reasons. anyway asking the professionals for an opinion.

my c10 needs a lifter adjustment and to be tuned, and def some odywork unless you like (as i do) to wear its warts etc, but its a factory 4 speed 283 longbed.

    local guy has this:
    1923 23 ford model T roadster pickup truck ( t-bucket ) PROJECT.
    custom z notch frame,
35 ford front and rear suspension with 3 link in the rear.
    fiberglass body, steel 3' bed,
    steel grille shell,
brand new coker classic wide white on brand new wheel vintique rims,
    lake style headers,
new headlights, new shocks, new aluminum radiator,
ford f-1 steering box, disc brake front end, 350 chevy v-8 corvette motor, turbo 350 transmission, battery box, etc, needs finishing

i dont need any more projects but like most of us if its a good deal (meaning a good trade for both) i might consider it. pics attached. thanks for any insight. ive been trying to get around $4500 for my truck to put the $ in perspective.

dollar wise, seems fair based on what the pictures show.QUestion is will you be happy with it? if your goal is to finish the other project, this could be a road block.Good luck.

Agreed! That could be a cool pick up but it looks like it will need a fair bit of de-ratting!

thanks all. i dont need it nor would i keep it as is, more curious / asking if the trade itself was a fair one based on value. ideally ill sell the truck - cant get a second job as i already work, do freelance and take care of the 2 kids!! tho with the kids always screaming a second job would be more relaxing.

  12. If it has clear title and you figure out what it will take to get road worthy so you can resale it , and it all works. I think you would be able to resale it a little faster in the summer, but not the winter..lol

Not knowing what your C10 looks like, I'd trade.
