    Are you sure you just finished it? That's 1950 right there, somebody just wore out the mohair and replaced it with modern leather is all, the rest is pure period. Absolutely stunning, that is one beautiful rod.

    That "hulk" is in xlnt condition compared to what I started with!

    Very nice car, well executed. All the time spent gathering parts is worth the effort when it turns out as nice as yours. Your attention to detail really adds to the overall effect. Period gauges, cloth wiring and bias plys with color selection all make the car a coveted vintage roadster. Enjoy the car every chance you get. Very cool!!

    Did Jon, (metal surgeon) straigten out the hood for your roadster?

    Looked good at the show in November!

    Yes Jon worked on the top of the hood, he did a great job, I highly recommend his work.
