Sold lots of parts and bought nothing this year. Been another tough year financially. strapped my Model A frame to the ceiling of the shop and set the body outside to sort NOS and NORS parts in the shop. Hoping with my new job I can turn this trend around, but still do not have a firm start date dispite the job offer nearly a week ago. Rod

I like those. Saw one years ago and thought they were pretty cool. How are they for driveability? Much for horsepower or are you upgrading?

  9. They first came out in 1934 and were very advanced for the day, and known for traction and drivability. Front wheel drive, OHV engine, unit body, R&P steering, trans in front of engine. I plan to convert to RWD which means major surgery.

I bought the 1938 Buick Special business coupe from him on 12/8/12. Thanks Evan! It won't be sold again in my lifetime. :)

I have a 1952 Buick Special 2 door tourback sedan deluxe (on the HAMB classifieds) and a 1953 Buick Special 2 door hardtop (riviera) for sale. http://jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=759755&highlight=buick<br />

    Bought this in August.

Two days later, I won this with a $5 raffle ticket. It was the Crosley Club of America Raffle Car.

I planned to keep it, but it was really slow and still needed some sorting out to be reliable, so it was sold.

A buddy of mine had one of those in the seventies, but it was hard to see out of. Always seemed to be kinda hazy inside...

inherited this 38,000 original mile Caddy. Sat in my uncles family room in his basement for 40 years. I guess I should at least wash it and maybe do a little bit of polishing.......maybe
