Hey guys (and gals), I have a '47 Chevy Fleetmaster and the wife has a '59 Metropolitan. We hit the local cruise-in's, don't do many paid shows. I build my cars to drive, not tow.....and we drive 'em hard. I don't own a trailer and I don't give a shit about fingerprints. Hope to get some good info on here and meet some good people. Dave
Welcome .... I grew up there (well actually across the river in EP and Creve Coeur). Left a loooong time ago, but I still have friends there who continue to do the car thing.

WELCOME--------- I've looked at many interesting posts on here. But first time I read an intro that surprised me. I was born and raised, attended many car shows and cruises, in the Peoria, Illinois area. I'm from beautiful downtown Pekin where we attended the summer annual cruise again this summer. It has always been a hot spot for old cars, rods, customs, race cars, and everything else. Welcome. My 55 Chevy wagon and 39 Ford came from Pekin.
