This was shot in Gulfport in '58 along Highway 90 but looks like a different Gulf station...

Got any more of these programs? I'm looking for 1950 and 1951. A Tucker supposedly raced at El Mirage. Don't confuse this run with the urban legend of one at Bonneville.

Surprised there haven't been some comments from the Chevy buffs here - that's the preproduction trim and two-toning proposal for the '57 210 series in the background. Was this image released to the public?

Thats odd, I seem to remember the same parade every Friday I was in the Army..........seemed like the thing to do, you know we had a parade ground, we all liked beer.............

Ahhhhh yes, the good ol' Friday beer parade. I don't remember the brass frowning on it, but thats hard to do when your naked and drunk at the head of the parade.......:D:rolleyes:

Alright, I ran across this old faded pic, and I can't place the
truck. First glance, I said Hudson, but NO. International?
Didn't seem quite right. Fenders look awfully MoPar, as
does the windshield shape, so I thought Dodge, about '38
or '39? Maybe Candadian variant? I'm not familiar with Reo,
Diamond T, etc., from this period. SO, one of the TRUCK
    GUYS know for sure?

Apparently. I have a '57 Chevy new-car brochure with the Two Ten series in that trim.
