Rocket Speed Equipment - our local hot rod shop in Hamilton, New Zealand had their open day today which continued the tradition of great cars, people and even weather - despite NZ being hit with torrential rain and tornados over the last few days.
Here's a few photos, was shooting mainly video, but will add some more later too.
    Cheers, Cal.

  6. Awesome photos!

I have one question though. I have seen those Excelsior tires on some traditional builds before. Did they have them back in the day? Reason I ask is they look rather old in style, but I saw in you're pic they say radial on the side. Thanks! And please mind my stupidity:eek:

SoCal, Great photos of what appears to have been a super nice day for a bunch of Hot Rods to gather up. I don't know what you are using but something strange is going on with your photo taking machine. The photos are super clear and bright but its putting the steering wheels on the right side of the passenger compartment. Thought you would want to know. Take care and be well.

  29. Sure is, but I believe it's had a full body-off frame rebuild since it's been in New Zealand.

I must be holding it upside down:D

Great shots Dale. Your bros coupe is damn cool.
I reckon it'd have to be one of my favourite events, just seems to bring cool cars out of the woodwork.
