I painted my AMT El Camino Gasser/Dragster yesterday. I am quite pleased with the result. Most of the detailing is done. Still have to put on some decals, then clearcoat and polish..... Forgot to add: Very nice models everyone!

Any Chevrolet passenger car body style that was built between 1955-1957. You can do anything you want to it, as long as this is what it started out as. If you have any interest in models or are looking for a reason to build again, here’s your chance. All you need to do to enter is be a member of our model group. Here are the rules: Start date: December 15, 2012 Finish date: March 15, 2013 (That gives us 3 months) Type of model: Any scale or brand of model kit is acceptable as long as it is a 1955-1957 Chevrolet passenger vehicle No already finished models can be entered. It has to be a kit that is roughly started or a brand-new build. Please upload in-progress pics to this thread. No finished pics can be uploaded before the finish date. I will need a 3/4 view , interior, motor detail and chassis shot with a brief explanation of what you did to the model emailed to me by March 15, 2013.
