Any one know what NOS wipers from the 50s and 60s are worth? I ended up with a box of them when buying some stuff the other day. I a will end up selling them but just have no idea what to sell them for. I know I have seen some go for good money and some very almost nothing. Some are just the blades and some have the full stainless assembly.
what he said, they may not work too good. If they were NOS Ford or GM ones in their packet they would sell for more
Well been looking on ebay and they seem to be doing really well there. Also I thought they would be all dried out but most a still very soft and the stainless and crome parts look new. Here is an example on the high end. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Corvette-19...=&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557 and here is another example http://www.ebay.com/itm/1937-38-193...=&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557
I wouldn't think they'd be worth more than a buck or two unless they were specific to some super rare car and in good shape.
Good thing there are arms in that box. Looks like maybe a set of AL-60s for the early corvettes. http://www.ebay.com/itm/58-60-CORVE...=&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557
Looks like some blades bring really well to. Looks like I will have to sort through this box this weekend.
I paid $55 for a pair of new shiny stainless blades and rubbers with the dots on them for my 56 Chevy. They are perfect reproductions.
