I'm building a '34 chevy truck for a guy named mike. He stopped in the shop saw my truck and said he wants something like it. He did not really care if it was a truck, roadster, or coupe, he just wanted a hot rod, then asked me how do we get started? I said the first thing we should get is a body because not knowing what we will find will kind if dictate what we build. Because I get a hand full of people in the show room every day, I usually give them a few min. then politely tell them I need to get back to work but they can look around for as long as they like. Most people just want to look and talk about some car they had way back whenever, anyway two days later Mike called and told me he bought a body and would like to show me and talk more about the build. An hour later I'm building a '34 chevy truck. not my first choice because of all the wood but either way a fairly solid truck.

ImageUploadedByTJJ1353677850.849800.jpg I had this 8.8 in a mustang out back so I figured why not. Since it's not a real period build I want to use good strong parts that are reasonable.
