  8. I like the idea of a rowdy 427 with injectors. The car has a late '60s look, and the 427 would be perfect. The car is bitchin'.

I have always been partial to '56 Chevy Gassers. The first car model I ever built was an AMT kit, and it was a '56 Gasser with "Asphalt Shaker" decals. I have looked, and I have never seen that model kit for sale anywhere since.

"With no motor the best I can give you is $50". Can you deliver to VA?

Wonder if it was a utility sedan with no back seat to begin with...

    Great score!

A NINETEEN FIFTY SIX, MODEL ONE FIFTY, CHEVROLET, TWO DOOR, SEDAN!!! Of course I love it. I'd like to see a few more pics of the straight axle setup; I think this is the way most of the earlier gasser/altereds were set up, with the dual spring axles catching on a bit later. So far, I think I like this one better than the other one; it's just too bad the rear wheelwell arches were cut, but that's JMPO. Butch/56sedandelivery.

  20. Thanks for the correction.

  21. I don't like '56 & '57 rear wheel wells done this way, if they are cut, I like them tear dropped like dads old car and yesterdays child. The wheel wells on this one will be done the same way in the future.
