I think Dave wins the "Best Jocky Shifting in the 1/4 Mile" award

That was awesome to watch him make pass after pass. Every one in the stands went wild when he finally made that elusive 12 second pass.

It was just the coolest time I have had all summer.

 

She's my girlfriend, Chris, and the editor of Whoopsy! Magazine, the mag I write my column in. Since I was "racing" she graciously filled my photog shoes. This shot is me and Dave watching you make a good run. I was so stoked to see that sucker finally do some halfway decent running.



Reggie, you will definitely see her next year as she plans to be there on her own bike. But I'm sure you'll see her sooner.

 

Pics are way too cool. Thanks for sharing with everyone. I got my daily fix of hot rods. Hard to get off that wagon.

Thank you so much for all the kind words. Bek is very stoked that she was able to provide ya'll with all these. She almost stopped after a few pics but got caught up in the vibe. She told me,"These folks work all year to bring these cars here and race them, I'm gonna make sure I get 'em all." She had a blast and can't wait to run her bike next year. She even asked me today if she should join the HAMB. I think she already has. We had a total blast again this year. Thank you so much Ryan and all of the HAMB. True lifer memories. See ya in 364 days.
