Thought I'd post some HAMB friendly photos from the Muscle car nats show in Chicago from this past weekend. It was really a great show!
One highlight was seeing Hubert Platt & his SOHC 69 Mustang, as well as free autographed posters by him!

Several more photos from the show. There was so much more cool stuff here but it doesn't really fit the essence of the HAMB.

Ol' Hubert Platt looks pretty good for an Old guy! Car looks good, too! He lived not too far from me in Atlanta back in the day. Genuine nice guy!

Love the '61 Starliners and I'm not even a Ford guy!!!

  6. Thx for the pics; that '61 Cammer is about as bad as they get for sleepers!

  7. This car is cool but that scoop needs to take a hike. Thanks for posting!

It's weird to see Dick Hinson's Starliner in a different town! He was a buddy of mine that had a kinda weird sense of timing in that you might not see him for a few months, but mention his name and within five minutes he'd be standing there! I owned the 406 tripower/4 speed that came out of that car for a short while through a convoluted trade deal... Sure miss that guy!

I love the pics but the ride height on the Roadrunner is a little high in the back, the car almost looks pre Donk style
