Customs Chopped Top More Doors

    yeah, i'm pretty sure that's where i took that picture and i haven't seen the car since. really was impressed with the top and the way the rear skirts ran onto the rear doors but were cut so the doors could still open. i agree, i like the merc rear window in yours better, but would have no problem owning that one. i was real happy for you when you got your '37 but my first thought was the poor buick will get pushed aside now! hope you still get around to finishing it. always love to see more customs on the road.

    customs are cool! unless they are over done than they are just gawdy looking...makes you wonder wtf were you thinking....

    Yeah, I that has been the problem, the Buick has been pushed aside but I am actively trying to get it finished up. I need to pull it out of the location its at now and get it up to my buddy KOZ to get it finished up. Believe you me, Mike, I want the Buick back on the road ASAP, lol

    i have a '50 4 door merc that will be going under the knife starting this summer, have a truck to finish. The Merc was a barn fund, been parked for 40 years.

    Heres a '56 Olds 4dr HT that a buddy of mine rescued out of a horse pasture in around 1970. Its now restored to the way it was originally built in 1958.

    i dont see why you weld the doors shut unless your Bo & Luke thats just as bad as converting a moredoor to two doors,

    lol yeah thats what happens when you keep buying projects, you never get to just one of them...lol

    lets see a; 27 coupe, 26 Tudor sedan, 46 dodge, 56 Plymouth 4 door, 56 Plymouth coupe and the 49 chev. -- plus 3 parts vehicles

    running out of room!, but all these post do give me inspiration and ideas for it!
