Good to know all the mechanics I grew up with were stupid. Then again they were'nt called techs and the only people wearing rubber gloves back then were housewifes doing dishs and proctologists.

 

Not shittin' with ya - Margarine and baking soda for some grit. It will melt ALL the grease off your hands.

 

I'll bet ya that your right as I know that grease disolves grease. Crisco would be cheaper than margarine. Baking soda can be had at Sams for cheap in big bags.

 

Raw sugar and dishwashing liquid works every time.
