Borg Warner 4 speed ID

How can I identify exactly what I have? I have had this trans under the bench for years and decided to use it. I noticed that the front bearing retainer is cracked. I have tried to make out various numbers on this thing. The big casting numbers are 13 04 065 903. Under it looks to be W.G. DIV. and some type of FFC 4. There are some other things on it. One looks like a little pad with 12-18-80 on it. There is some stamped stuff. One is WB1112 and another is 1BN11 559. The nose cone thing looks like it has T 890 6A on it. Can you guys help me out?
