    Yes--They ran a lot at Detroit Dragway.

    Saw them win a race at Lions. Compared to the other cars running in fuel altered back then, they were quick off the line, and went straight way more often. Later they had a VW Bug funny car, if I recall correctly.

    Here are some more pics, lots of different parts over the years. Steel rear wheels, non polished mags and then polished, front and rear, different pipes, wheelie bars in some, coolant hoses are different, and even a driver side mirror in one....great looking T for sure.

    I've always loved the look of this car. I have an 1/8th scale Tall T reserved for a tribute build. The only big change would be to trim off about 1/2 of the turtle deck skirts, so you could see the rear suspension.

    I have 2 of those 1/8 Lindberg Tall T kits... Yeah, and it got me thinkin' also.....:):cool:
