Just thought id share these, some of them turned out awesome, some just okay. But i got em in front of my favorite building here in Denver, let me know what you guys think.
Take some more of it back up to the building, so the nose is down hill (raked) angle it enough to not cross opposite of the parking stripes. Wait a little longer (lower light) and do a few with the park lights, than darker still the headlamps. Scrap the pix with those late model rides. And are the wheels bigger than 15"?
I like the assymetric look of that killer yellow foglight, but having the equal but opposite mismatched tooth kinda undoes it??? Great Truck! Great ride height! Great photo opp!
Looks badass! but I agree lose the chrome tooth. Is your bed shortened. How about specs on those wheels? Keep them coming
no, the bed isn't shortened. wheels are 17x7 steelies that are reversed in the rear. thanks for the kind words fellas
215/65 rear and 205/65 front i think... eventually id like to fill the holes so they are smooth. i have 55 ford passenger car caps that go on them too
Looks good!..Makes me want to get busy on the 51 in pieces that I have...trying to find a better cab for mine.everything around here is rusty junk
Only if your motor is a 'BAD ASS' (that term is soooo last weak) LS1! No, just kidding-sort'a. Are you going to try a few more pix with a dusk like lighting?
You like it, I like it! I had a tooth like that after mine got knocked out playing street basket ball. Had it 'till after I was married, then I got it and the rest of my front teeth knocked out with a tire iron. Brings back memories and not necessarily all good. ;o)
Looks good, how did you lower the back?I agree the silver tooth doesn't fit.But Hey its your truck and build the you want. Some pics of the motor area would be nice.
The silver tooth reminds me of a pimp....with one shiny tooth.....lol Great truck, I have some extra teeth, may try that with my grill
thanks a lot guys, barnone50, the rear is spring under with 5 out of the 10 leafs pulled, and the spring hangers moved up the sides of the frame. if i had to do it again i wouldn't mess with the spring hangers and do blocks instead. when i got the truck it didnt have any of the stock suspension, so i had to go to a junkyard with basically my cordless drill, some cutting oil and chisel and hammer to retrieve all the stock pieces.
