Hey Fellas,

My friend Alan Paradise is one of the writers for the movie. He's been talking about the movie for years and it's great to see it come together. They actually used my 1965 Buick Sport Wagon for the McEwen family car. I was only able to be on set for three days of filming. Can't wait to see it.

They need to get a young unknown to play Pam....Gotta be someone classy! A friend of mine was joking and mentioned a name to play Jim I pissed myself laughing but think he'd be perfect...........Seth Rogen! LOL

My buddy was on Mcewen's pit crew when Don was a wrench on the team - so many great stories - Should be a interesting afternoon at the theatre with him - cany wait!

 

I still think that Laura Prepon might be able to pull that off.

re: the Jungle Jim/Jungle Pam post I made-

As long as it is someone that has the class that Ms. Pam had, I'll be okay with it. BUT if they try to "Hollywood" it, and make it one step away from soft core, I won't be surprised (sex sells), but I will be disgusted. Yes, Jungle Pam was a drag racing sex symbol, but she did it with CLASS.
This lady above, Laura Prepon, certainly has the look, never heard of her before...
