Greetings, HAMBers! Newbie from the Upstate of SC here. I know that the state of the economy has caused a lot of shops to close over the last 4 to 5 years...so I was wondering if those of you in the Upstate who know of any shops that are still around that do quality bodywork, would you mind letting me know? Appreciate any assistance you can provide in advance.

    Thanks!

  7. I have known all the guys mentioned above for many years,,all of them do first class work.

I'll add another couple of names to the mix,,Carolina Rod Shop in Greenville and Indy Rod Shop just over the line in Canton,North Carolina. HRP

Best to visit local some local shows and cruise-ins and talk to the car owners. Get personal opinions of the work provided by the shop, and how long did the shop keep the car. Best keep up with the shop cost, you don't want to mortage the house to get your car back.

I'll vouch for Indy too--have known those guys for ages (they're in my club). Great work there too.
