    Hello everyone,
Finally joined >> after reading all the information provided on these forums. I have too many projects, too many jobs and too many kids, but I still make time for hot rods. We'll call that "daddy time". Current engine project is a flathead ford>>> still trying to identify it. Many thanks for all the priceless info (and pics) on here and I look forward to helping others as well...if I can.:)

  8. Welcome from Rockmart GA, up near Rome. Henrietta the '38 Ford pickup and Ozelle the '55 Ford send friendly horn honks. As for identifying exactly what flathead you have, check out Mac VanPelt's site, www.flatheadv8.com, lots of good info there that will help you figure out exactly what you have. Also check out www.fordbarn.com and go to the Early V8 ('32-'53) forum, lots of good info and knowledgeable people there.

Welcome from South Carolina. Didn't know they had split Georgia into a South and North like the Carolinas.
